For the use of rotary valve should always check whether the adjusting sleeve is flexible, whether there is any loosening of the valve, chain, coupling blockade anomalies, and the adjusting sleeve, motor and reducer should be frequently scrubbed; for the use of numerical control of the air valve, we should regularly check the control valve, sealing ring and the valve plate (slide valve) whether the wear and tear, and regular cleaning of control and operation of the wind filter, pay attention to the observation of each oil mist oil level is moderate; solenoid valve action is flexible. Observe whether the oil level of each oil atomiser is moderate and whether the action of solenoid valve is flexible. Every shift, the personnel should inject oil into the axle tile, sprocket and reducer of each gate before starting, and inject oil into the lubricating oil system of the control valve of the numerical control air valve regularly.
