(i) Installation:The machine can be installed after checking that there is no damage and screws are not loose. The classifier should be securely mounted on a foundation of poured concrete. The foundation should be designed to provide good support and minimise shear on the screws.

(ii) Operation The machine can be manipulated only after the structure and working principle of the screw classifier are clear.

1, the spiral body rotation, before you start to feed the slurry, gradually mean to feed the amount of ore.

2, the spiral body in the working state, such as faults such as jamming, overload must be stopped immediately, immediately lift the spiral body out of the slurry surface, do not allow the spiral body pressed in the slurry, the speed of the valve will be opened, to avoid silting.

3、When starting again, the spiral body must be lowered to a certain position before turning the spiral body.

4, the machine in use if you need to stop, you should first stop the feed, to be course grading finished, no material inside before stopping the operation.

(C) maintenance

1、All lubrication points are lubricated with sodium-based grease or calcium-based grease.

2, every shift should check whether the internal lubricant of the reducer is in the oil needle engraved line, every 6 months to change the oil.

3, should often check the lower support or middle frame tiles, bearings, seals are worn, whether the tiles are damaged, in order to replace in time.

4, bearing lubrication every 4 hours with a manual dry oil pump to the bearing pressure injection of high-pressure oil, in order to maintain the sealing performance of the bearing
